Reservations and Appointments:
Spa services are available by appointment. We recommend scheduling your appointment as far in advance as possible to ensure availability. To reserve any spa services, we require a credit card or gift certificate number. For par ties of five and larger, a 20% managing & gratuity fee will be added to the regular service price.
Reserving time with us will guarantee your appointment. Nothing is charged if you cancel your appointment with at least 24 hours prior notice.
We suggest that you arrive at least 15 minutes before your appointment.
We regret that late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled service times and will be responsible for full service fees.
Product Return Policies:
Any defective products can be exchanged within 14 days of purchase, provided a receipt is presented. Unfortunately, we are unable to process any returns or reimburse any payment transactions on gift certificate.
A gratuity is not included in the cost of your services, but is always appreciated for a job well done. Industry standard is 15-20%. However, the amount you leave is completely at your discretion. We do not take gratuities on credit cards so please make sure to have cash with you.
Cell Phone and Pager Etiquette:
To guarantee a relaxing visit for all Art of La Peau Day Spa , we ask that you please mute pagers and cell phones during your visit with us.
