IPL Facials + Photofacial
Light-based care for selected pigmentation and redness concerns.
About the treatment
Intense pulsed light uses a range of light wavelengths rather than a single laser wavelength. A photofacial may help improve the appearance of selected sun-related pigment and visible redness.
What to expect
Your provider checks skin tone and the cause of discoloration before choosing settings. Temporary darkening of treated pigment may occur before it fades.
Suitability and important considerations
IPL is not suitable for every skin tone or pigment condition. Burns, blistering and changes in skin color are possible. Sun protection and appropriate assessment are essential.
Your consultation
Discuss your goals, health history, allergies, medicines and previous treatments before deciding on a plan. Your provider will explain alternatives, likely recovery and individual aftercare. Results vary. A consultation does not commit you to treatment.
